We’re currently looking for a Call Centre Consultant to join a busy, well-established operation supporting customers through the vehicle repair and insurance process.
This is an inbound role only, no sales, no cold calling, just helping customers, answering questions, and making sure they feel informed and supported.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who have experienced vehicle damage and need guidance on what happens next.
It’s a role where good communication really matters, people are often unsure of the process, so you’ll be there to explain things clearly and keep everything moving.
We’re after someone who is:
Previous call centre or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential attitude and reliability are key.
